1. If you're not sure about your size, please refer to the size chart below These run small. American and European customers typically fit 2 sizes larger than what they normally would purchase. If you normally wear a size M, order the XL.

If you typically wear a size L, order the XXL If you wear a size XL, order the XXXL

2. Detailed measurements = 1cm = .39 inch multiply the number below by .39

3.  If your measurements are floating between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size.  Remember cotton shrinks.
